Job summary

Eastern Air Express in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Charter Logistics Coordinator to manage on-time readiness for assigned charter flights, coordinating dispatch, weather, crews, fuel, and security requirements.

You will work on-site at GSO, collaborate across departments, track milestones in real time, escalate gaps early, and support irregular operations and post-flight debriefs to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in airline operations or related aviation roles.
• Experience with flight release/dispatch, crew legality basics, MEL procedures and CBP/APHIS awareness preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage many items under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Verify and coordinate mission-readiness items for each charter flight prior to departure.
• Confirm dispatch, weather, crews, crew show times, guards, nurses, fuel, MEL/CDL, and FME availability.
• Coordinate CBP/APHIS requirements and catering for international operations.
• Maintain a real-time coordination checklist/status board and escalate gaps.
• Conduct post-flight debriefs and feed lessons learned back into the process.
• Support irregular operations and short-notice trip builds.
