Job summary

Boyd Gaming is seeking a ground services associate to support Vacations-Hawaii charter flights. You will meet arriving flights, assist with passenger and baggage check-in, and provide general direction and instruction on tour packages.

You will also help at security checkpoints and facilitate boarding, assist passengers with baggage issues, and support transit connections. Prior experience is preferred; strong customer service and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior related experience strongly preferred.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Meet arriving flights, assist with passenger and baggage check-in.
• Assist at security check points and facilitate handling of passengers needing special assistance.
• Facilitate the boarding of all passengers.
• Assist arriving passengers with baggage problems, including damaged or lost items.
• Assist transit passengers who connect form charter to inter-island flights.
• Other related duties as assigned by management
