Job summary

Boyd Gaming is seeking a Travel Reservations Associate in Honolulu, Hawaii to assist travel agencies and customers with air, hotel, car, cruise, tours and meals. You will issue documents, reconcile cash and charge sales, and file related paperwork while providing friendly service by phone or in person.

The ideal candidate has some travel industry exposure, experience with the Sabre Travel Reservation system, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; travel industry schooling a plus.
• Sabre Travel Reservation system experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist travel agencies and customers with travel reservations including air, hotel, car, cruise, tours and meals.
• Issue documents, reconcile cash and charge sales, and file related documentation.
• Know geographic areas to assist customers in planning itineraries.
• Provide service to customers by phone and in person during delays or cancellations.
