You will respond promptly to client requests, coordinate quotes, crew, weather, and operations, and maintain accurate records using FOS, Flight Explorer, and MS Office. A college degree in aviation or business is preferred.

Qualificações

• College degree in aviation or business preferred.
• Previous aviation or hospitality industry experience.
• Understanding of corporate aircraft operations and FAA regulations CFR 14 FAR 91 and 135.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding client-focused service for owners and charter clients.
• Quote charter requests accurately and promptly.
• Monitor weather and airport conditions daily to ensure safe operations.
• Coordinate crew scheduling with Logistics and Chief Pilot.
• Maintain compliance with contractual obligations and documentation.
• Utilize FOS, Flight Explorer, and MS Office to manage profiles and invoicing.
