OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler in Fort Mill, SC to support holiday operations. You will unload, sort, and move packages, standing or walking for long periods while assisting with lifts up to 50 pounds. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM or End of Sort, with overtime as needed.

Pay is $18.00/hour plus a $1.00 shift differential on Fri–Sun, with a seasonal bonus of $500. Weekly pay and a temporary season through Jan 1, 2027 are highlighted benefits.

• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays.

• No prior warehouse experience required; training provided.

THE QUICK FACTS

Location: 145 Steele Point Dr. Fort Mill, SC 29708

Pay: $18.00/hr plus $1.00 shift differential for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean‑up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration*: 11/07/2026 to 01/01/2027

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

What You’ll Need

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
