THE QUICK FACTS

Location: 3500 Tricenter Blvd. Durham, NC 27713

Pay: $16.00/hr This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: Friday through Tuesday 2:00 AM - 7:30 AM or End of Sort Hours may vary based on business needs. \"End of Sort\" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration*: 11/07/2026 to 01/01/2027

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

What You’ll Need

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
  • Repeatedly lift packages as described above
  • Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
  • Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
  • No previous warehouse experience required. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.
