Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and secure business opportunities with external consultative selling.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination with delivery teams.
• Engage in face-to-face client meetings, presentations, and networking at client sites.
• Develop and implement a business plan to win new opportunities and expand current accounts.
• Travel to client locations as primary point of contact and to build relationships.
• Track KPIs and report account performance to leadership.
