HD Supply is seeking a General Manager to launch and lead Redi Carpet's new market in the Charleston area. You will build and lead a high-performing team, develop relationships with property managers, owners, and multifamily partners, and drive sales growth, customer success, and operational excellence.

You will shape the future of Redi Carpet in Charleston by expanding presence and delivering industry-leading service and quality through a results-driven leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of management and/or sales management experience preferred.
• Advanced leadership skills and ability to mentor a high-performing team.

Responsabilités

• Develops and executes sales strategies to grow the business in the Charleston area.
• Oversees Sales, Administration and Operations to ensure policy compliance and performance.
• Recruits, hires, and develops direct reports; mentors the team.
• Manages P&L for the branch and achieves budgeted sales and income goals.
