Local Handyman of Charleston is seeking a Business Development Manager to build our presence across Charleston and the surrounding Lowcountry. You will be the first salesperson, responsible for developing relationships with homeowners, property managers, HOAs, and real estate professionals to establish the company as a trusted partner.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales or B2B relationship-building experience in home services or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and win new business accounts with property managers, HOAs, real estate professionals, insurance agents, contractors, and commercial owners.
• Build and maintain strong referral partnerships that generate long-term business.
• Visit local businesses, attend trade shows, and participate in networking events in Charleston.
