Job summary

Luminous Tec, LLC is seeking a Chargeback Associate for a short-term assignment in Milwaukee, WI. The role focuses on handling 50 inbound prepaid debit dispute calls daily, with an average handle time of 6.5 minutes. OT may be required; the assignment runs for about 6 months.

Candidates must pass a background check, computer proficiency and typing tests, with in-person or Skype interviews. Strong attendance and multitasking are essential, plus banking/dispute knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and attention to detail required.
• Ability to handle a variety of call types.
• Must be excellent at multi-tasking.
• Banking/ Dispute knowledge is a plus!!
• Call center experience along with customer service experience
• Ability to work with angry or irate customers.
• Successful candidate will have to pass basic Computer proficiency test and typing speed test and detailed background test.

Responsibilities

• Handle an average of 50 inbound calls per day in the prepaid debit disputes department.
• Average call handling time is 6.5 minutes.
• OT may be required depending on business needs.
• Currently the assignment is for 6 months.
