BayCare Health System in Riverview, FL is seeking an experienced RN with OR-focused nursing leadership to join our surgical services team. This role emphasizes professional accountability, mentorship of staff, and adherence to best practice standards in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of RN experience, including one year in operating room settings, and will participate in charge nurse duties as required.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years RN experience; at least 1 year OR experience required.
• Charge experience preferred; board running experience preferred.
• Interventional/Procedural experience preferred.
