Job summary

Aura Care Group seeks an RN Charge Nurse with administrative duties to oversee daily clinical care and lead on the assigned shift. You will collaborate with LPNs, TMAs and CNAs to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing setting.

The role combines hands-on nursing with leadership responsibilities, focusing on documentation, regulatory compliance, and operational tasks delegated by nursing leadership.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Minnesota.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Serve as the charge nurse for the assigned shift.
• Support and guide LPNs, TMAs, and CNAs.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with care standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and compliance activities as assigned.
• Administrative and support functions related to nursing operations.
