Job summary

Aura Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a long-term care setting. You will perform resident assessments, care planning, and interventions to support high-quality care.

Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team; supervise support staff; monitor changes in conditions and ensure compliance with Nurse Practice Act. This is an on-site role with opportunities to advance into leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Minnesota or multistate compact.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care through assessments, care planning, and interventions.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Administer treatments and delegate tasks to support staff.
• Monitor and respond to changes in resident conditions, maintaining compliance with standards and regulations.
• Support safe, compassionate, and effective care delivery within the Nurse Practice Act.
