Job summary

Aura Care Group is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to join our skilled nursing team in a leadership role on the assigned shift. You will provide direct clinical care while guiding LPNs, TMAs, and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.

The position emphasizes teamwork, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care within a long-term care setting. Minnesota RN licensure is required, with preference for LTC experience.
