Job summary

Crestwood Center in Angwin, CA, is seeking a Charge Nurse (Shift Supervisor) to lead nursing activities on the clinical unit and ensure high-quality patient care. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and supports Crestwood’s mission of compassionate recovery services.

The position is full-time (NOC) with schedule Wed-Sun, requiring California licensure as LPT/RN/LVN, CPR/first aid, and a bachelor’s degree preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

• Current licensure as an LPT, RN, or LVN in the State of California.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current CPR and first aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, develop, implement, and evaluate nursing activities to meet standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with Crestwood's mission, policies, and goals.
• Oversee client care on the clinical unit and report to the Director of Nursing.

Title: Charge Nurse (Shift Supervisor)

Job Duties:

The Charge Nurse (Shift Supervisor) assesses, plans, organizes, develops, implements, and evaluates all the activities related to nursing standards of care, professional development, operational function, and communication throughout the facility. These activities will be performed in compliance with the mission, philosophy, and policies of Crestwood Behavioral Health Center. The Charge Nurse (Shift Supervisor) actively participates in and adheres to all organizational and departmental goals and objectives. The Charge Nurse (Shift Supervisor) is responsible for the client care delivered on the clinical unit. The Charge Nurse (Shift Supervisor) reports to the Director of Nursing.

• Full-Time: NOC (Wed-Sun)

Qualifications:

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:: $53 USD - $60 USD
