Perry Creek Health & Rehabilitation Center in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and support our nursing team in delivering compassionate, resident-centered care. You will supervise CNAs, administer medications, and coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges to maintain high-quality care for our residents.

Qualifications

• Active unencumbered RN license in North Carolina.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently.
• Team player with ability to collaborate.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct CNAs.
• Provide individualized nursing care per residents' plans.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Explain procedures to gain patient cooperation.
• Observe vital signs for deviations and progress.
• Maintain nursing records of medications, treatments, and vitals.
• Record care needs on the care plan for continuity.
• Observe emotional stability and prepare discharge planning.
• Perform other duties to deliver exceptional resident care.
