Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct the work of CNAs.
• Provide individualized nursing care per resident plan of care.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Explain procedures and treatments to gain patient cooperation.
• Observe vital signs and track deviations and progress.
• Maintain and document nursing notes and care plans.
• Support residents emotionally and prepare for ongoing care after discharge.
