Job summary

Perry Creek Health & Rehabilitation Center in Raleigh, NC is seeking a qualified CNA to join our growing team. You will deliver hands-on care and collaborate with the nursing team to maintain high-quality care for residents.

We offer competitive pay ($17.00–$18.50/hr based on experience), a $5,000 retention bonus for eligible full-time hires, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k)/FSA options, PTO for full-time staff, career growth opportunities, and daily pay availability.

Qualifications

• Active unencumbered NC CNA certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
• Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
