Responsibilities

• Guide Nurse Aides in providing appropriate resident care.
• Administer resident medication properly.
• Implement resident care plans following company, federal guidelines, and physician's orders.
• Perform treatments and accurately transcribe physician orders.
• Document residents' charts timely and accurately. Complete nursing assessments as required.
• Participate in shift reports and educate support staff on care needs.
• Maintain a safe environment, adhering to infection control and body mechanics procedures.
• Respond to staffing shortages by arranging for replacements.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse (RN or LVN) in good standing.
