We’re seeking a dedicated and reliable Charge Nurse - LVN or RN to join our growing team! This role requires trustworthiness, consistency in attendance, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. A professional and cooperative demeanor is essential to collaborate with others and provide exceptional care to residents.

Your Impact as a Charge Nurse - LVN or RN

In This Role, You Will

  1. Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.
  2. Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed.
  3. Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.
  4. Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort.
  5. Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders.
  6. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments.
  7. Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.
  8. Implement nursing policies and procedures, educating staff on the care needs of residents.
  9. Promote a safe working environment by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures.
  10. Respond to staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff as necessary.
