Join our team as a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) and help promote healing, provide comfort, and deliver excellence in patient care.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments
• Monitor and document the healing progress of ulcers, incisions, and other skin concerns
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans
• Evaluate residents' nutrition and hydration needs related to wound healing and recommend adjustments
• Review lab results to identify signs of infection and respond accordingly
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuous resident care

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing
• Experience in wound care preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing
