Responsibilities

• Direct Nurse Aides for appropriate resident care
• Properly administer resident medication
• Implement care plans in compliance with guidelines and orders
• Perform treatments and transcribe physician orders accurately
• Document residents' charts timely and accurately; complete assessments as required
• Participate in shift reports
• Implement nursing policies and educate support staff
• Maintain a safe environment, adhering to infection control procedures
• Respond to staffing shortages by arranging replacements

Requirements

• Registered Nurse or Licensed/Vocational Nurse in good standing
