Red Cliffs Post Acute in Grand Junction, CO is hiring a Weekend Charge Nurse for a full-time shift Fridays through Sundays, 10am–10pm. You would join a team dedicated to patient-centered care for residents and support a high-functioning clinical team.

Requirements include an active CO RN or LPN license (RN preferred); post-acute or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required. Competitive pay ($40–$50/hr) with benefits for full-time staff including Vision, Dental, 401k, PTO, sick
