Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute is hiring LPNs for part-time, PRN, and full-time shifts on a 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am schedule at our Grand Junction facility in Colorado. You will join a team dedicated to patient-centered care, providing nursing services, administering medications, and supervising aides as needed.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in Colorado.
