Job summary

The Operations Manager at Alzheimer’s Association® in Dallas, TX leads office operations across six Texas chapters, handles vendor relations, budgeting, and executive support, and oversees volunteer onboarding to support the organization’s mission.

Based in Dallas, this role partners with the Region Vice President and Chapter Directors to ensure efficient operations and strategic initiatives are implemented.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Two years or more of experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or similar is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front desk operations, vendor management and office infrastructure.
• Coordinates budgeting, finance tasks and expense reporting with finance team.
• Manages calendar, travel, meetings and events for executives.
• Provides administrative liaison to the Board and staff; supports onboarding and stakeholder communications.
