Job summary

The Alzheimer's Association - Orange County Chapter seeks a results-driven Director, Relationship Events, to lead the Dallas and Ft Worth Gala programs and related events in Dallas, Texas. Based in Dallas, this full-time role reports to the Executive Director and focuses on volunteer recruitment, corporate development, and revenue growth aligned with the chapter's strategic plan.

Responsibilities include leading gala event management, building and stewarding relationships with sponsors, donors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years in corporate fundraising and volunteer mobilization.
• Proven ability to form partnerships and manage volunteers.
• 3-5 years of gala/special events experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dallas and Ft Worth Gala and wrap-around events.
• Recruit and coach high-level volunteer committees to meet revenue goals.
• Build relationships with volunteers, sponsors, community leaders, and corporate partners.
• Manage financial aspects of sponsor and donor fulfillment.
• Cultivate sponsors and donors to achieve development goals.
• Travel up to 60% within the territory; evenings and weekends as required.
• Ensure organization standards are followed.
