Job summary

The Director of Relationship Events at Alzheimer’s Association is responsible for the Dallas and Ft Worth Gala events and related fundraising initiatives. You will manage volunteer recruitment, sponsor partnerships, and donor fulfillment, while coordinating with the Executive Director to achieve budget goals and engagement targets.

You will lead volunteer committees, sustain corporate relationships, and travel as needed to engage communities and sponsors, ensuring compliance with Association

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in corporate fundraising and relationship building.
• 3–5 years of experience in galas/special events with proven success; strong volunteer management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Dallas and Ft Worth Gala and wrap around events.
• Recruit, train, coach and manage high-level volunteer committees to meet revenue and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with volunteers, sponsors, and community leaders; cultivate corporate partners.
