Job summary

The Operations Manager at the Dallas & Northeast Texas Chapter leads office operations for six Texas chapters, providing high‑level administrative support, vendor management, and volunteer onboarding. Based in Dallas, TX, this role reports to the Region Vice President/Executive Director and collaborates with staff and partners to improve processes, manage budgets, events, and communications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Two years or more of experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or similar is required.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities are essential.
• Experience coordinating volunteers and events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front desk operations and vendor relationships, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
• Manages calendars, travel, expenses, and meeting logistics for the Executive Director and Regional leadership.
• Supports onboarding of new employees and board members.
• Coordinates chapter-wide events and retreats, budgeting support, and communications.
• Maintains confidential documents and prepares meeting materials and presentations.
• Acts as liaison to the Board and donors, maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.
