BNI Global LLC is seeking a part-time Support Director Consultant for the Shenandoah region in Virginia. The role focuses on member growth, retention, and regional event support, reporting to the Area Director.

Responsibilities include visiting chapters, promoting sponsorships, and guiding leadership teams to sustain growth and loyalty. The ideal candidate has strong relationship-building and leadership skills, plus a commitment to excellent customer service and time management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote membership through prospecting, recruitment, and member retention in each chapter.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure member renewals.
• Promote chapter growth through operational support, outreach, training, and coaching.
• Identify event sponsorships and drive sales for BNI events.
• Visit chapters regionally to foster member growth and loyalty.
• Plan and execute regional events aligned with the Area Director’s plan.
• Identify prospects and engage them with relevant offers.
• Lead and train Leadership Teams within each chapter.
