Business Network International in the United States is seeking a part-time Support Director Consultant to help US CORE chapters thrive by building relationships, educating members, and driving growth. The role focuses on ensuring every Member has the referral partners they need to be successful.

The position emphasizes ongoing chapter engagement, leadership development, and event planning, with compensation largely commission-based and uncapped.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote membership through prospecting, recruitment, and member retention in each chapter.
• Develop and implement renewal strategies with the manager to keep members.
• Promote chapter growth through operational support, outreach, training, marketing, coaching and development.
• Responsible for sales growth of BNI events such as identifying and requesting event sponsorships.
• Routinely visit and engage with chapters at regional events to grow membership and loyalty.
• Drive sales to increase new membership and recruit for new chapters.
• Plan and execute regional events aligned with the Area Director’s plan.
• Identify prospects and engage them with relevant offers.
• Manage leadership team selection and training to maintain professional chapters.
• Call and welcome new members within two weeks of membership induction.
• Manage and train sales process in each chapter.
• Attend regional and CORE team meetings and Support DC training; complete weekly/monthly reporting.
