Air Lift Company in Lansing, MI is seeking a Channel Manager to own channel strategy and align partners across distribution, retail, and consumer channels. You will administer UPP, analyze pricing and promotions, and drive go-to-market programs for profitable growth.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in business/marketing/economics and 5+ years in channel or merchandising roles, with strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in channel management, category management, or merchandising.
• Working knowledge of pricing policy administration (UPP/MAP) and channel programs.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute the channel strategy across distribution, retail, and consumer channels.
• Administer the Unilateral Pricing Policy (UPP) program, including monitoring and enforcement actions.
• Conduct market and competitive pricing analysis to inform pricing strategy and margins.
• Develop and manage channel programs, including promotions, co-op, incentives, and merchandising.
• Align customers to the appropriate channel structure and resolve conflicts.
• Manage point of purchase materials and product presentation in-store.
• Partner with sales leadership to evaluate channel expansion opportunities.
