Job summary

Resi Media, LLC, a Pushpay company, is seeking a Channel Solutions Engineer to act as the technical authority for Resi's indirect channel, enabling partners to be self-sufficient and closing deals with well-configured solutions. The role is hybrid, with 3 office days per week in Allen, TX, and optional remote work in many states.

The position emphasizes training, enablement content, and technical collaboration across product and engineering to drive partner success and growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industry or professional AV experience.
• Hands-on system design and installation experience preferred.
• Experience supporting an indirect or partner-led sales motion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training to distributor sales teams and dealer staff.
• Build reusable technical materials - use case guides, reference designs, configuration standards, and signal path documentation.
• Develop and maintain technical positioning across multiple vertical deployments so partners can sell beyond a single use case.
• Support complex and multisite opportunities pre-sale; help partners in scoping and positioning systems.
• Serve as the escalation path for distributor reps and dealers on product, workflow, and integration questions.
