Job summary

Pushpay, via Resi Media, seeks a Resi Support Technician 1 to deliver frontline AV and streaming support for customers through tickets, chat, phone and email. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases.

The role offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office per week and opportunities for ongoing learning in streaming/AV technologies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience supporting an online customer-facing service product.
• 1 year experience with professional AV equipment and production systems.
• Working knowledge of IT, networking, and streaming/AV infrastructure.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and handle pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with effective de-escalation.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Spanish fluency preferred to support international customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt technical support through tickets, live chat, phone, and email.
• Maintain clear communication to address streaming concerns.
• Follow onboarding and daily support procedures for customer success.
• Complete product training as defined by documentation.
• Provide frontline support and incident triage.
• Respond and resolve customer issues with timely updates.
• Collaborate with product, hardware, billing, sales to resolve issues.
• Write detailed bug reports for customer-reported bugs.
• Pursue continuous learning in streaming and AV space.
• Proactively identify patterns and escalate trends to leadership.
