Job summary

Resi Media, LLC, a Pushpay company, is seeking a Channel Solutions Engineer to act as the technical authority across indirect channels. The role emphasizes enabling partners to become self-sufficient and ensuring deals close with correct configuration across our product set.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on system design with excellent training and consultative skills, spanning multiple vertical deployments and partner ecosystems. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with BS/BA preferred.
• 3–5 years of AV experience.
• 2+ years as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer in ProAV or video infrastructure.
• Hands-on system design and installation experience.
• Experience supporting an indirect or partner-led sales motion.
• Travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training to distributor sales teams and dealer technical staff.
• Build reusable technical materials—use case guides, reference designs, configuration standards, and signal-path documentation—across the full platform.
• Develop and maintain technical positioning across multiple vertical deployments.
• Support complex multisite opportunities pre-sale; assist partners in scoping and positioning systems.
• Serve as the escalation path for distributor reps and dealers on product, workflow, and integration questions.
• Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape to help partners position Resi accurately.
• Identify opportunities within existing customers for expanded platform capability.
• Maintain a demo environment reflecting real-world use cases across verticals.
• Aggregate technical friction points and influence the roadmap with Product/Engineering.
• Provide technical presence at industry and integrator-facing events.
