Paychex is transforming how businesses handle payroll, HR, and compliance with a connected HCM platform. In the Channel Sales track, you’ll build relationships, generate new logos, and drive growth through partnerships with banks and referrals.

You’ll balance high-volume outreach with consultative selling of payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions, managing fast cycles and a strong pipeline—from prospecting to closing deals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Sales.
• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with bankers and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints).
• Sell payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
