Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an early-career sales professional to drive business with referral partners and outbound outreach in a high-velocity environment. You will build relationships with CPAs and clients, manage a fast-paced sales cycle, and own the end-to-end process from prospecting to closing deals.

Responsibilities include generating new business, selling payroll/HR/benefits, and maintaining momentum in a 1–2 week cycle with small business owners.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
