Qualifications

1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
