Paychex in Durham, NC is seeking an entry‑level Channel Sales professional to help small businesses implement payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance solutions. You’ll generate new business through referral partners, build relationships with CPAs and clients, and manage a fast‑paced sales cycle.

You’ll handle high activity, own the process from prospecting to closing, and enjoy uncapped earnings with incentives.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals
