Paychex is seeking an energetic sales professional to generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach in a fast-paced environment. You will build relationships with CPAs and clients, manage high-volume activity, and sell payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, coaching, and a drive to meet quotas while supporting small businesses with robust, compliant HR services.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
