Job summary

Paychex is seeking an energetic Channel Sales professional to drive growth in a high-volume environment in California. You will generate new business via partners and outbound efforts, while building trusted relationships with CPAs and clients to win new logos.

You will manage rapid 1–2 week sales cycles, handling the full process from prospecting to closing, and sell payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
