Job summary

Rippling is hiring a Manager, Accountant Channel Sales to join its expanding Accounting and HR Advisory Channel. You will lead and develop Channel Account Executives, collaborate with Marketing, and drive high-velocity sales cycles with IPA500 national accounting firms.

You will train partners, enable channel success, and work with sales leadership to grow the Accountant Channel. Travel (~1 week/month) is expected to engage partners and customers in the field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales management experience.
• 3+ years experience in channel sales with IPA500 National Accounting Firms.
• Proven track record of exceeding goals as an individual contributor and manager.
• Experience managing teams in high volume sales cycles.
• Experience with sell-through partners.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, Train, and Develop Channel AEs to effectively engage Accountant partners and their clients.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing & Channel SDRs to improve top of funnel conversion.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing to enable Channel partner success.
• Work cross-functionally with sales leadership to grow the Accountant Channel & Team.
• Help Channel AEs consistently exceed quota.
