Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Senior National Account Executive to drive growth in the Accountant Channel across the Top 500 firms. You will own acquisition, activation, and expansion of strategic partnerships, sourcing and onboarding new firms, and expanding client cross-sell within Rippling's payroll, HR, and IT offerings.

You'll lead high-velocity, consultative selling to C-level and partner executives, develop robust account plans, and collaborate with marketing to build pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling into Top 500 accounting firms.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota in fast-paced environments.
• Experience selling to C-Level and Partner-Level executives.
• Outbound sales experience with strong prospecting.
• Demonstrated ability to land new accounts and generate pipeline from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead and close a highly consultative sales process with Top 500 prospects using MEDDPICC.
• Grow partner-client pipeline by building high-trust relationships with decision-makers.
• Create strategic account plans to expand relationships and growth.
• Serve as product expert and ensure partners leverage Rippling's developments.
• Win new partners and craft value propositions to accelerate client acquisition.
• Lead executive demos to illustrate Rippling’s value for partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Development to drive pipeline.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Forecast territory and maintain pipeline in CRM to meet quota.
