The Channel Sales Manager - Partnerships will own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, driving ARR through enablement, joint planning, and sales execution.

Role Highlights

The Channel Sales Manager - Partnerships will:

Manage 10-15 revenue driving partners, acting as their business owner and growth driver
Develop joint go-to-market plans to boost pipeline and sales activity across deal sizes (from $2K SMB to $2.5M+ enterprise)
Lead deal registration, partner enablement, and forecasting across a dual-quota model
Navigate complex, multi-product solutions into software, product, and PMO leadership
Collaborate with internal sales, customer success, and GTM leaders to avoid channel conflict

You Will Need

5 - 10+ years in enterprise SaaS, including direct experience driving channel revenue
Track record in managing strategic SI partners, VARs, or regional players
Strong commercial acumen and comfort with joint business planning and accountability
Familiarity with Atlassian or adjacent ecosystems (AWS, ServiceNow, Azure etc.)
Skilled in solution selling to Director/VP personas within tech organizations
