What’s the role about?
As our Sales Manager for the North American region, you will be a pivotal force in expanding our reach and driving growth within the manufacturing sector. You will lead and manage a regional sales team, tailored to the specific area, with the goal of increasing revenue and strengthening our presence across North America.

Reporting directly to our Head of North America, your role will involve strategic leadership, team development, and forging strong relationships with key clients to shape the future of manufacturing in the region. Your efforts will be crucial in positioning Factbird as a leader in innovative manufacturing solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Oversee the sales operations and strategies for Factbird in the North American region, ensuring alignment with our overarching business goals.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic plans, focusing on achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop Account Executives (AEs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to maximize their potential, ensuring a high-performing sales team.
  • Book of Business Management: Own your book of business and take responsibility for associated Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) numbers, driving consistent results.
  • Hiring: Take charge of hiring new talent to strengthen our sales team and contribute to Factbird’s success.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Identify and target the top 10 accounts in the market, using tailored strategies to engage and win over key clients.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership experience, especially in SaaS or manufacturing industries.
  • Deep understanding of the North American market and its unique dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
  • Passion for driving growth and exceeding targets within the industry.
