Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Basic mentoring skills to provide support and constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training sessions, administrative coordination, pipeline tracking, and opportunity follow-up.
• Schedule and coordinate sales reviews, partner meetings, and sales enablement sessions.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline summaries, dashboards, and business review materials.
• Coordinate follow-up actions from customer meetings, partner discussions, and internal sales reviews.
• Maintain backlog/order tracking, CRM updates, and opportunity status reporting.
• Assist with software migration coordination and partner onboarding activities.
• Organize training materials, presentations, and documentation for channel enablement initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and channel partners regarding ongoing projects and support requests.
• Contribute to partner adoption initiatives and operational support programs related to Software and Solutions offerings.
• Gather market feedback, customer requests, and partner activity updates for internal reporting.
