Job summary

Paychex in Katy, TX is seeking an early-career Channel Sales professional to build relationships with referral partners and CPAs while driving payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions for small businesses.

You will generate new business, manage high activity levels, and guide opportunities from prospecting to closing. A HS diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 1 year of relevant sales experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• H.S. Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process from prospecting to closing deals.
