Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking an Associate Distribution Sales Manager for Omada to support distribution partner networks and drive growth across assigned territories.

You will work with sales leaders, partners, resellers, and internal teams to expand Omada’s market presence and manage partner relationships. The role offers hands-on experience in partner recruitment, trainings, events, and sales initiatives, with travel within the territory to strengthen business relationships and execution of

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the management and growth of assigned distribution partner accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with distribution sales teams and reseller partners.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners through outreach and events.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities with accurate CRM tracking.
• Collaborate with partners to increase product adoption and sales performance.
• Participate in partner meetings, events, trade shows, and trainings.
• Deliver product updates and promotions to distribution and reseller partners.
• Align Omada solutions with partner growth objectives.
• Execute channel marketing programs to drive reseller engagement and revenue.
• Coordinate training for distribution sales teams and partners.
• Respond to partner inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Work cross-functionally to support partner initiatives and business goals.
• Analyze sales trends and partner feedback to identify improvements.
• Support forecasting, reporting, and territory planning.
