Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking an Associate Distribution Sales Manager for Omada to support growth of our distribution partner network.

You will work with sales leaders, distribution partners, resellers, and internal teams to drive engagement, identify opportunities, and contribute to revenue goals across assigned territories. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, account management, channel sales, or related customer-facing role.
  • Strong interest in building a career in channel sales and partner development.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support management and growth of assigned distribution partner accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distribution sales teams and reseller partners.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners through outreach and events.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities with CRM tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with partners to increase product adoption and sales performance.
  • Participate in customer-facing meetings, partner events, and trainings.
  • Deliver product, program, and promotions updates to partners.
  • Align Omada solutions with partner growth strategies.
  • Execute channel marketing programs to drive reseller engagement and revenue growth.

Overview

As anAssociate Distribution Sales Managerfor Omada by TP-Link, you will support the growth and development of our distribution partner network. Working closely with experienced sales leaders, distribution partners, resellers, and internal teams, you will help drive partner engagement, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to revenue goals across assigned territories.

This role is ideal for an early‑career sales professional looking to build a career in channel sales and partner management within the networking and technology industry. You will gain hands‑on experience working with distribution partners, supporting reseller recruitment efforts, conducting partner trainings, and helping execute sales and marketing initiatives that expand Omada's market presence.

You will collaborate across sales, marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure partner success while developing the skills needed to manage strategic channel relationships and drive long‑term business growth.

What Your Future Looks Like
  • Support the management and growth of assigned distribution partner accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution sales teams and reseller partners.
  • Assist with identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new reseller partners through outbound outreach, industry events, and partner referrals.
  • Help maintain and manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate tracking and follow‑up within CRM systems.

  • Deliver product, program, and promotional updates to distribution and reseller partners.
  • Develop an understanding of partner business objectives and help align Omada solutions to support their growth strategies.
  • Assist in executing channel marketing programs and promotions designed to drive reseller engagement and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate product training and enablement activities for distribution sales teams and reseller partners.
  • Respond to partner inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a positive partner experience.
  • Work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and customer support teams to support partner initiatives and business goals.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and partner feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Base Salary: $75000 - $85000 + Performance-Based Monthly Incentive Plan
