Motorola Solutions is seeking a Channel Program Operations Lead to architect and guard our channel ecosystem within the VS&A North America Channel Strategy and Programs Team. You will identify operational gaps, design scalable solutions, and partner with leadership to ensure GTM efforts are data-driven and frictionless for partners and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes user-centric program experiences, cross-functional influence, and delivering measurable ROI while maintaining deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience in channel operations, sales operations, marketing operations or sales management.
• Proven track record of improving or scaling business processes.
• Experience in a role requiring high levels of cross-functional influence and leadership.
• Advanced Data Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; able to reconcile large datasets manually when needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational gaps and design scalable solutions for the channel ecosystem.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure data-driven, frictionless GTM efforts for partners and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate progress clearly with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Deliver user-focused improvements to channel programs and drive ROI.
