Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Partner Management & Growth professional to re-engage dormant accounts and recruit new channel partners across video surveillance, access control, analytics, and IT. The role emphasizes collaboration with Channel Account Managers and sales teams to exceed revenue quotas.

You will train partners on the security and IT product portfolio, provide ongoing enablement, and help optimize recruitment strategies based on market trends.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience within an Inside Sales organization.
• Required native or fluent English language, both spoken & written.
• Preferred experience with technology sales, cold calling, and webinars.
• Preferred Salesforce and Outreach experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly revenue quotas.
• Provide training and enablement on Motorola Solutions' security and IT product portfolio to ensure partner competency.
• Offer guidance and assistance to new partners.
• Collaborate with Channel Account Managers to onboard partners into Motorola Solutions' ecosystem.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize partner recruitment strategies.
